When I say A==B, that means A=B (mod 10).

C*A==A (top row).  There are four ways in which this can happen.  Either
A=0, C=1, A=5 (and C is odd), or C=6 (and A is even).  A is not 0,
because C+A==J (left column).  C is not 1, because J+J==C, so C is even
(bottom row).  A is not 5, because C+C==A (right row).  Therefore, C=6.
A-C==C (right row), so A=2.  C+A==J (left row), so J=8.  A+E==C (middle
row), so E=4.

The bottom row now says G848 + H888 = FFD6, so D=3 and F=7.  The right
row now says B472 - G736 = 7736, so B=9 and G=1.  By the bottom row
again, H=5.  Since you say that A-J is 0 through 9, and I is not given
in the puzzle, I=0.

 296 *   32 = 9472
  +      *      -
1552 +  184 = 1736
------------------
1848 + 5888 = 7736
