Format
There will be one-hour presentations by the keynote speakers as well as shorter presentations by female PhD students and postdocs. A poster session will provide opportunity for all participants to present their work. In addition, the programme will feature a round table discussion.
Registration
Everyone is welcome!
Participants are kindly requested to register by 15 October 2012. If you intend to participate, please send an e-mail to gentz@math.uni-bielefeld.de, stating your name and affiliation. Please make sure to include "EWM Conference" in the subject line.
If you intend to give a presentation (talk or poster) please include title and abstract with your registration. Proposals for talks should be received by 1 October 2012.
Financial support
Limited financial support is available for female participants. Requests for support must be received with your registration for the workshop and at the latest by 1 October 2012.
Accommodation
Accommodation at Arcadia Hotel Bielefeld in the city center will be provided for most participants.
If you requested accommodation, you should have received an e-mail confirming your reservation.
