ICM Madrid 2006 and the Fibonacci number 14

The offcial publications (Program, Abstracts, Invited Lectures Vol II and III) of the International Congress of Mathematicians, Madrid 2006 where all decorated with the following nice graphic:
 
Apparently someone tries to establish 14 as a new Fibonacci number...

Also Wolfram - Mathematica has now decided that 14 is a better Fibonacci number than 13, see the t-shirt which they now sell
