Involutions (with shortened versions of the source files of the main
body).

To prepare a (shortened) copy of the book, run the following commands:

 latex boi
 makeindex -c A
 makeindex -c -s boi-B.ist B
 makeindex -s boi-P.ist P
 bibtex boi
 latex boi
 bibtex boi
 latex boi
 makeindex -c A
 makeindex -c -s boi-B.ist B
 makeindex -s boi-P.ist P
 latex boi

On GNU/Linux and Unix systems you can use the Makefile; just use the
command 'make' in a shell.

On Microsoft Windows you may try to use the batchfile Make.bat; just
enter 'make' in a DOS prompt.
