FUNCTION: alg_pst - conversion of a bound poset algebra into intermediary format

CALLING SEQUENCE:
alg_pst(p)
alg_pst(p,'c')

PARAMETERS:
p - a bound poset algebra
'c' - optional

SYNOPSIS:

The function alg_pst converts a bound poset algebra into the intermediary format used by the CREP-function get_alg.
As in the data format for bound poset algebras commutativity relations are intrinsic and only zero relations are denoted explicitly, after a call of alg_pst(p) the resulting data structure will contain only the quiver and the zero relations of the bound poset algebra given by p. (Note that from this resulting data the algebra p can be recovered using the function pst_alg.) On the other hand, a call of alg_pst(p,'c') will also add a complete generating set of commutativity relations. This set however will usually not be minimal.
