FUNCTION: her_alg - convert intermediary format into a hereditary algebra

CALLING SEQUENCE:
her_alg(a)

PARAMETERS:
a - an algebra given by get_alg intermediary format

SYNOPSIS:

The function her_alg extracts from an algebra a -given in the intermediary format as used by the function get_alg - the underlying hereditary algebra. This is done by taking the quiver a[quiver] of the algebra a and converting it to type heralg/quiverdata, used by the heralg package of CREP to denote quivers and hereditary algebras.
Any relations contained in the data structure of the algebra a will consequently by ignored.

EXAMPLES:

> a:=get_alg(): # interactive input via the get_alg interface

> a[quiver];

> a[relations];

> q:=her_alg(a);
