FUNCTION: isoalg - test whether two bound poset algebras are isomorphic

CALLING SEQUENCE:
isoalg(a,b)

PARAMETERS:
a,b - bound poset algebras

SYNOPSIS:

• isoalg(a,b) tests whether the two bound poset algebras a and b are isomorphic.

EXAMPLES:

> p:=critical_alge(7,14);

> q:=[8, {[1,2],[2,3],[3,4,8],[5,4],[6,3,5],[7,3]}, {[6,8],[7,4]}];
