FUNCTION: heralg[star] - the hereditary star algebra of type (p₁, p₂, ...) given in the form of a quiverdata structure

CALLING SEQUENCE:
star(p₁, p₂, ...)

PARAMETERS:
p₁, p₂, ... - positive integers

SYNOPSIS:

• The function star(p₁, p₂, ...) computes a quiverdata structure for the hereditary star algebra of type (p₁, p₂, ...). The quiver is given subspace orientation, i.e. the central vertex (vertex 1) is the unique sink of the quiver.

• This function is part of the heralg package, and so can be used in the form star(..) only after performing the command with(heralg) or with(heralg, star). The function can always be accessed in the long form heralg[star](..).

EXAMPLES:

> star(2,2,2,2);

> star(2,3,7);
