FUNCTION: critical_alge - representatives of frames of completely separating tame concealed algebras of type E~.

CALLING SEQUENCE:
critical_alge(n,m)

PARAMETERS:
n - 6,7 or 8
m - a positive integer less than or equal to cre_num(n)

SYNOPSIS:

critical_alge(n,m) returns an algebra which belongs to the m-th frame of completely separating tame concealed algebras of type E~_n.

The number of frames available may by obtained by calling the function cre_num.

EXAMPLES:

> critical_alge(7,14);
