FUNCTION: hypercritical_alge - representatives of frames of completely separating hypercritical algebras of type E~~

CALLING SEQUENCE:
hypercritical_alge(n,m)

PARAMETERS:
n - 6,7 or 8
m - a positive integer less than or equal to hce_num(n)

SYNOPSIS:

• hypercritical_alge(n,m) returns an algebra which belongs to the m-th frame of completely separating hypercritical algebras of type E~~_n.

• The number of frames available may by obtained by calling the function hce_num.

EXAMPLES:

> hypercritical_alge(7,13);
