FUNCTION: it_tilt_alg - representatives of frames of iteratedly tilted algebras of type E

CALLING SEQUENCE:
it_tilt_alg(n,m)

PARAMETERS:
n - 6,7 or 8
m - a positive integer less than or equal to it_tilted_num(n)

SYNOPSIS:

it_tilt_alg(n,m) returns an algebra which belongs to the m-th frame of iteratedly tilted algebras of type E_n.

the number of frames available may by obtained by calling the function it_tilted_num.

EXAMPLES:

> it_tilt_alg(6,2);
