FUNCTION: it_tilt_test - test for a iteratedly tilted algebra of type E

CALLING SEQUENCE:
it_tilt_test(p)

PARAMETERS:
p - a bound poset algebra

SYNOPSIS:

• it_tilt_test(p) tests whether the bound poset algebra p is iteratedly tilted of type E_n. If so, the function will return the value 'true' otherwise the value 'false'.

EXAMPLES:

> p:=[6, {[3, 2], [4, 3], [5, 2], [6, 1, 2]}, {[4, 2]}];

> it_tilt_test(p);
