Jan-Paul Lerch

I am a postdoctoral reseracher in the BIREP group at the faculty of mathematics at Bielefeld University.

Among my interests are representation theory, persistence modules, topological data analysis and applications in biology.

Since June 2023 I am a researcher at CRC-TRR 358 in the project of Julia Sauter. Before, I was a PhD student under Henning Krause. In November 2023, I received my Phd (Dr. math) for the thesis “On the representation theory of persistence modules’’. Previous to that, I finished my masters in Bonn 2019 under supervision of Gustavo Jasso.
