research interests

• rotating waves in systems of parabolic differential equations (spatial exponential decay, spectral properties, approximation on bounded domains, nonlinear stability)
• nonlinear probems for complex-valued Ornstein-Uhlenbeck operators on bounded and unbounded domains (heat kernels, fundamental solutions)
• numerical approximation of profile and velocities of rotating waves as well as numerical approximation of spectra and eigenfunctions of rotating waves (computation with Comsol Multiphysics)
• weak, strong and phase-shift interaction of multiple localized rotating waves
• relative equilibria in equivariant evolution equations (freezing method, decompose and freeze method)
• Freezing Method & Decompose and Freeze Method with Comsol Multiphysics
