Other mail clients
Make sure that the IMAP (or IMAP4) protocol is used (not POP or POP3). Use the following settings for the configuration:

Important Notes:
- Both the outgoing and incoming mail servers require authentication. You can always choose authentication with user name and password, by selecting the authentication method PLAIN or LOGIN. If you are on a faculty computer and have a valid Kerberos ticket, you can also choose GSSAPI.
- The user name for both incoming and outgoing server is just your login name (without @math.uni-bielefeld.de).
