The summer school is going to be held at a lovely neighborhood of Berlin in Hotel Müggelsee. It is going to be in hybrid format. We and the hotel are implementing health measures against COVID-19 in order to provide our participants a very nice experience.

Topic
We plan to present different but intertwining perspectives, new methods, as well as applications of the mathematical areas of Coxeter, complex reflection groups, and Artin groups. More precisely, experts in the areas will introduce in mini-courses combinatorial, algebraic, and geometric aspects and methods of Coxeter and Artin groups with a special focus on the dual approach and on Garside theory, which is a major tool in the nowadays study of these groups. Applications will be given in one-hour lectures on the Yang-Baxter equations, cryptography, applications of the dual approach; for example to the K(π,1) conjecture, to complex braid groups,
to representation theory of finite dimensional algebras and to the theory of buildings. Our goal is to provide young researchers such as PhD-students or
Postdocs the opportunity to develop new ideas and research perspectives. The Summer School will also include problem sessions and open problems seminars.
